WHO WE ARE
The Cambodia Democracy Center is a 501 (c)3 Non-Profit organization founded to sustainably build, support, strengthen and grow democratic systems, institutions and grassroots activists in Cambodia through universally recognized principles of international law, the Cambodia constitution, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and other United Nations agreements (including the Conventions of the International Labor Organization).

Dr. Graciela Salvaldor-Davila, Board of Director
Retired Director of the Global Health Unit. United Methodist Committee on Relief (UMCOR), General Board of Global Ministries. Atlanta, Georgia (GA). She focuses on health projects and programmatic strategy.
